Heading to Louisiana for Thanksgiving!

Hey all,

I am headed for Louisiana on Sunday. We're helping my parents replace the baseboards in their house, and we'll be fixing part of their roof. I have not seen the city yet (except for photos online and those mailed to me). I will be taking a camera with me, and hope to get some photos of the city. Look for them to be posted on the blog soon!

While many things in the New Orleans area are beginning to come back, there are still many displaced people, displaced jobs, and the city has a long way to go. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers this holiday season. Thank you!
